Frequently Asked Questions

You would like to buy a vehicle you saw on Mint-Cars.com

If you would like to purchase a vehicle you saw on our site, please click the “Contact Seller” (green) button. If the listing is not active, for whatever reason, you will not be able to purchase the vehicle. Why? Because…

All of our vehicular inventory is supplied by eBay Motors. When a listing expires, eBay keeps it around for a while (we’re not sure how long) but it is flagged as NOT ACTIVE in their system AND ours. On our site, the listing is plainly identified as being NOT ACTIVE.

What you can expect when you email us *DEMANDING* we call you for whatever reason

Absolutely nothing. We will not call you by phone unless you state exactly why we should call you and still, it has to be for a good reason. Even then, we will probably reply to you via email. Also *DEMANDING* anything is rude. Try to have at least a little decorum and ask nicely.

You Found Your Vehicle Listed On Our Site And There Is Incorrect Information Presented

All of our vehicular inventory is supplied by eBay Motors. Since we use a live data feed from eBay Motors, any information that is incorrect must be addressed by them. Please contact eBay Motors as there is nothing we can do until they make a change to their database.

Also, we cannot remove ANY listings from our site since we use a live feed from eBay. If you would like it removed from our site and theirs, please contact eBay Motors about it. There is nothing we can do until they remove it from their database.
